Vote

I heard somewhere you could vote twice a day. Is this true and if yes how can you do it ?

you cannot. you can click a button once a day and collect points which can be used in teh point shop. you however need 1000 unique achievement points to start collecting.

You can collect points only once per day. It resets at midnight so someone could have thought that they collected points twice, but it was actually from the next day.

you don't vote, you collect activity points in "My Account".

but it keep saying that i don't have any points to collect.

You need at least 1000 achievement points to collect points.
