Can I still vote for points?
If so where is the link? Also, nothing seems to appear in the “points” area of the shop.

you need to go here > https://www.warmane.com/account > click on "collect points"
You need at least 1000 achievement point on your account in order to collect points ( achievement on Blackrock realm has no value)
go here: https://www.warmane.com/account > store > select points ( outland,lordaeron and Blackrock do not have a Point store )
How can one check how many achievement points has on his/hers account?
