Stuck real bad!

Hello, i've been questing in grizzly hills and i fell trough the map while charging a mob. Nothing special here except for the fact that my corpse is far away down the map and so i can't resurect walking to it.... My big problem here is that the spirit helpers arent there anymore, i tried a few cemetary and there are no spirit healers who could rez me.... I tried reloging and restarting the game but it doesn't work. What should i do?

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
