Lockpicking skill

Hello

I want to grow up Lockpicking but because I already finish this quest Gallywix's Lockbox , I can not bring up more then 112 the skill .
Can somebody help me at this issue because i need this to be hight to can unlock the the boxes , i got many in bank.
I have engineering also on another char and i got only one box to can help me at

You need to search for footlockers, or pickpocket junkboxes. For 112, go to Durnholde Keep and search for Battered Footlocker.
