2 questions on possible items to purchase with Points

Sorry I don't see where to ask this type of question:
I saw that one of the benefits of being premium was a max character boost, I don't see it on the store option I only see the ability to purchase max level players, Did I misunderstood?

Is there any heirloom type of gear in sell on the store? With the xp bonus it may seem unnecessary but I would argue that due to how fast one levels the gear would be more beneficials since you see tanks trying to tank with gear 10 or 20 levels lower than the dungeon requirement. So my question is: will heirlooms be implemented on the Store?

Character level up is available for 30 coins under Services->Select your realm->Select your character->Select "character level up".
Heirlooms are available in the store, you just gotta scroll down all the way almost to the bottom, they cost 6 coins each or so.
