I believe these should be sold by Kezzik the Striker, located at Area 52 in Netherstorm.
Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while, and I'm honestly not sure if this information is 100% relevant for the 3.3.5a patch!

Thank you for the response. However, this is unfortunately not where those pieces can be found.

Try Isle of Quel'Danas where the quest givers are when you port in... I believe you need raid tokens for them, though.

Found them for sale in Stormwind next to the legacy pvp vendors.
