Ganking in VoA portals room???

Hello staff, today i encountered small group of Alliance players ganking in VoA portals room while Horde was controlling fortress, i heard that it is bannable offence to gank there, i wonder if it is bannable or not cause i wanna do this aswell.

Name of Alliance that participated in before i wiped them: Alanj, Luzhin, Jozefyna, Deathsorroww, Hitsz.

Please answer as fast as possible cause i wanna do this aswell omg ::::))))
