Is it worth it?

Hello everyone,
I started leveling two days ago and i am level 17 now.I have noticed couple of things that doesn't work as they should and that started to worry me.
Fist was that mobs do not follow any path and they go over fences,phase through walls and stairs.I am priest and the next two things that i noticed is that two of my talants are not working...Improved Spirit Tap does not always proc even tho it is 100% chance when Mind Blast is cast.Improved Shadow Words: Pain does not increase my damage with that spell.
I have played here since 2009 and i know things are not perfect but when we talk about x1 rate realm is it really worth it it spent time if there are so obvious bugs.

1. Improved Spirit Tap procs on crit, not cast.
2. Your Damage per tick at lvl 17 is probably too low to get noticeably improved by 3/6%.

Things work fine, you just gotta read talents properly and think about some stuff.

And mobs "glitching" trough environment is usual here, but if I remember it correctly has been usual on blizzard servers as well, so you're not just kiting them around a fence all the time.

God the nostalgia I get from watching that...
