what happend?i was away for some time and now i got nothing?how?why?where is all gone?

Maybe you were hacked while u had a long break., or your chars are from Molten. Write a mail to [email protected] and explain the issue. I think they can't help you.

yeah i email them and i got help..It seems that i forgot about char wipe back in 2015 i think were my main was deleted but i used coins and refund of that to gear other char which is fine it just needed renaming and logging in..
