My characters seems to be missing. They used to be on Icecrown with the names Grantz(80), Junkli(80) etc. warlock and warrior.
What has happened, I had quite a bit of gear and achievements?
Can you please restore them?

did you just check via website or in-game? In the first case you can't see them if they have been flagged for a rename
