I've transfered my main,character on which i did those account bound questlines for enchants(shadow vault),and since then i have no access to quartermaster on neither of my characters..help dudes ^^

As far as I'm aware only the character with the reputation and quests complete can interact with the quartermaster but you should open a GM ticket and see if they can help.
