Mouseover Macro And addons

Hello i have a problem with my account,always after 5min of beeing afk my addons stop working:chaos bane addon and mikscrolling battle text,its so annoying to relog always for addons to work.I tried addons from curseforge and from warmane but i have the same problem.When i enter bg also dont work.
Also macro:
#showtooltip turn evil
/cast [target=mouseover,exists] Turn Evil; Turn Evil(this macro worked for me 2 weeks ago)
Not working for me,i tried to delete folder cache and wtf,reinstalled wow,disable addons,play wow on 2desktops and i have the same problem,idk what is going on with my acc.
I need help pls
