faction change / race change

Hi have been away for quite a while to notice cross - realm is up.

Seems like .u changefaction/race is not working anymore. Can i just confirm whether or not it was taken out??

And how are ppl meant to change faction or race now if it is indeed taken out??

Utility commands per se are not available anymore. They will be replaced by website functions. They likely won't be free, but Alliance to Horde will likely be.
