Questions about rules and admins potency in a field of banhammering

After reading ToS, players conduct and reporting policies, one can easly see it is a general guideline, which does leave some space for mutated, ever original situations of life. After pug happend to me, questions arised, which were not answered by aforementioned informations. Now, bear in mind, I am not trying to report anybody, but rather clarify my understanding of server's rules.

Situation:
During raid icc25hc, both me and RL would share a chance to roll several drops (2x normal upgrade tokens, 1x hc, 2x hc items), which !noone! else would be eligible to roll for. Midway through raid I got kicked out of it, effectivly leaving all this juicy drops for raid leader. Not only there was no reason to kick, I had top5 in damage dealt and no tactic failure up to that point.

Here comes my question:
Would I provide evidance (video recording), could this be considered ''ninja looting''? (As technically it was)
Could this be considered ''disrupting gameplay''?
What are limitations to kicking raid members as RL?
