I would ask if unlearing specialization in alchemy profession is bugged ? I learned transmutation and when I am talking to npc there is no option to unlearn specialization.

I would ask if unlearing specialization in alchemy profession is bugged ? I learned transmutation and when I am talking to npc there is no option to unlearn specialization.
Now when I unlearned achemy and tried rise to 325 again but now I don't have any quest for specialization ??
