I bought an account and they robbed me

I bought an account and they robbed me, a friend of my brother who plays warmane told me he had an account to sell because he has two. I bought the account for 35 $ via paypal, I played 1 day and it recovered the account. I opened a process on paypal to recover my money but I want this player to be punished for selling account and recovering.

I paid a premium account with 10 bucks, can i have a refound ? i think he just sold the the account to get the premium account.

Buying or selling accounts is against our rules and will get the account(s) in question PERMANENTLY banned. Do not buy accounts from other players, because this is exactly what will happen. You won't be getting a refund for taking part in unsupported and banned types of transactions.
