Names occupied with players who don't play.

So there's two players who are level 1 for a VERY long time and they have 2 names I wanted to use. I haven't played this in a long time so half of my characters got their name flagged. Is there something that can be done or no?

they do name cleanups like once or twice a year. they did one recently. there's nothing you can do to get a name someone else has other than hope they lose it in the next cleanup and you manage to snag it.
