Increase transmog scrolls % for old WOTLK raids to make it more alive!

As the title says, just sad that few ppl do old raids

such as Naxx & Ulduar duo to the greater items that they can get from icc dungeons and toc raids.

I think more pugs will do both raids if they will get at least 1 scroll if they finish one of them, and higher chance to get scrolls from each boss.

Or any other reward (that does not effect the game) that will make people do them and stop thinking its just a waist of time.

There isn't a need to provide incentives to do old raids, people can do them if they want to, as well as they've been quit stirn with transmog scrolls.
