Is there a way to make a macro for 2 On Use trinkets?

You mean to use them at the same time? If so, then no, as trinkets will not share a cooldown, and only one can be used at a time. Essentially, above post explains how to get them in a single macro, but it's useless, as you will only use one when you press it, and only 20 seconds after, by pressing it again, the 2nd trinket will proc.

there is a lot trinkets who doesnt's share cooldown, so the macro /use13 /use 14 will work for them
