I have time and I want to play but I have to wait in the queue for many hours
you can not increase the quality of players' limit ?

I recommend donating, so you can skip the queue. It sure beats sitting in the queue for hours each day.

it may be that many people have 20 acoustics and play in parallel... when you meet 20 alli players
with names like aalek, ablek, aclek, adlek aelek.. in wintergrasp and all of them are the same class and dooing the same think its suspicious isnt it ? :D

It's not suspicious, it's called multibox. One player controls 1-40 characters at once. It's allowed here.
