refund of a piece of shop

Hello here it is 3 days ago I buy a weapon for my priest and it is about a sword is the priest can not use sword then I would like that one will be refunded or that one exchange for the weapon I originally wanted, I know it's a silly mistake on my part but it's happening to everyone.

officially you can get a refund if report within 24 hours but you can still try by opening a ticket on website as General enquiry
