Banned for ninja looting

Hello everyone,

Couple of days ago i got banned for ninja looting in a raid. I got accused for giving items in a pug raid to random people i dont know who won the rols as i ninja looted for a friend. I open a ticket not a single staff member has opend it. I never ninjaed anything i even donated to this server and i get false accused and banned with no plea or say in it. Please review my case.
