MoP Client not launching; process starts, does not use any RAM
So, recently decided I'd get back in to the Frostwolf server so I re-downloaded the MoP client (the extended one). When it finished downloading, I launched the wow.exe file in the folder provided. Strangely enough, nothing happened. I waited a few minutes and still nothing. I ended up opening task manager to see if the process was running. Surely enough, it was running, however, it was only using <5000k bytes of ram, as opposed to >200k bytes when the client is actually working. Also, it was using 0% of my CPU. Furthermore, it gives a message a few minutes after launching stating that it can't make a required change to an archive file because it didn't have a write permission. I checked to see it's permissions, changed it so it DID have write permissions and even launched the program as an administrator and still nothing. I'm currently running a file validity scan to see if there are any missing/corrupted files, but I'm doubtful there are; as soon as it finished downloading it didn't work. Does anyone know of a fix for this if they've has this before?
