Hello!
I got banned 10 days ago due to an abuse, someone from the staff replied yesterday to my ban appeal saying it was lifted and that i could start playing again. But I am still banned ingame is i still cannot play and im still banned on the site. Is it a time consuming process and it's supposed to take time for the lift to happen or do I have to message a GM?
