Char transfer from other server

Hello

Me and 3 other ppl want to transfer to this server from other private one. I have full Ulduar gear, achiv , rep, profs, pets, mounts that i want to transfer.

I know gearing here would be fast but it's about such things like rep or achiv that i do not care to do again.
