Kinda need help to understand some Model-editing tweaks

Hey guys i dunno if iam in the right place to ask that Question, but i kinda got stuck in the Process of changing my moonkyn form into the Furbolg/panda form

I did this years back on TBC, and also did it on some private TBC-servers including Warmane, but i got stuck at doing this for WOTLK.

I have changed everything into the model i wanted, but i kinda seems that the MPQ changes won't apply.
folders, blp's animations and m2's were changed, fresh MPQ file with Wotlk support created, but it kinda does not work.


This is the last MPQ i created which gets used by the game but does not change the Model at all.
