Auction bug

Am I the only one who suffers from this bug? I get mail from the ah that my item has been bought out and I see the mail with the sale pending. Afterwards the sum never arrives and the mail stays in my mail box until it is automatically deleted. This has happened multiple times now and when I messaged warmane they basically told me 'we can't help you with this'. Does anyone else suffer from this and if so what can we do?

When someone buys your item, you get a mail that says the gold will arrive later. 1 hour later another mail with gold arrives but the first mail is still there, even after you take the gold from the 2nd mail.

I know, but the fact is the gold never comes.
