Banned for nothing

Like the title says, was raiding in my guild tonight disconnected during a fight and found I was banned for "advertisement" even though I never talk in global and only log on to raid 4-5 days of the week. just curious as to why, it's IP ban and I cannot make a ticket for appeal, didn't get any type of evidence as to why, just a sudden unwarranted ban. gg's molten

Ususally happens when using a VPN.
Send an email to [email protected] if you're unable to make an appeal.

i get unbanned, but in return i lose my account status and activity rank, wow. also, i dont VPN
