What types of weapons are Polearms transmogable into?

2H Sword <> 2H Axe <> 2H Mace

Polearm <> Staff

Bow <> Gun <> Crossbow

Daggers <> Daggers
Fist weapons <> fist weapons
Wands <> Wands
Shields <> Shields

With staves only, as skullatbash mentioned. Do keep in mind if you aim to transmog polearm into a staff, your character must be able to wield staves. This means paladins can't transmog polearms to staves.
