Help im stuck !

Something weird happened to me at the 05.04.2019 in the night while playing.
Ive got stuck in the dead world after dying in a dungeon and then leaving the group, i cant find/be able to see the graveyard where i spawned and im not able to enter the dungeon to turn back alive.

I just wanted to leave the group after a wipe and continue questing, so i just normaly ran the way to the dungeon as a dead soul - but surprise i cant enter the dungeon, means im still a dead soul. I also literally ran about 30min around to find the graveyard where i was spawn as a dead soul - i kinda remember where it was but i cant find it or i cant even see the graveyard (btw. i cant even see the graveyard thing on my minimap).

Ive also tried the in game help fuction "Stuck" - didnt work.

Try the website unstuck option from My Account -> Services

It worked !
