Never received Cata downgrade gear

I logged into my druid and hunter that I downgraded from the Cataclysm servers and they did not receive any items or have hearthstones. My druid spawned strangely in shadowmoon valley midair and died on log in. There is nothing in my mail box either. Anyone else have this issue?

Gear was sent by mail. Yours probably expired because you did not check it for too long. But it was only green gear anyway.
