I have benn banned during the period when I wasn't play. In the response for my ticket was information that ban for botting never will be lifted. No screenshots or something. Is there any chances for feedback what's exactly happened?

Same happened to me, just do your monthly support complaint and they will eventually unban you. If you are playing actively that may be troublesome tho.
