Don't waste coins on items that are easily obtained in game. I'd advise to get Sharpened Twilight Scale heroic - https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=54590 - instead of that Needle-Encrusted Scorpion.
2nd Havoc will be the biggest DPS increase.
P.S. I hope you didnt coin DBW over STS.
