[ANSWERED]I lost everything on my chars!

Hello there my account orginally belongs to the arena-tournament.com. Recently i wanted to play again here however i seen everything i got in years are gone!! All of my characters are naked and name flagged. My main character paladin wich suppose to be a female turned into MALE :D i am missing mounts transmogs and items that i used to have. Not the mention my vip status went off! Please help me if possible at least turn my main character into female again..
