Every time i log in my Graphics Settings never get saved! Plus i get the cinematic every time.... i re dowloaded the game 2 times! ..Any tips ? Burning Crusade realm works fine!

disable "Read Only" on your WoW folder...
I have the same problem but the read only thing doesnt get saved either
Did you change WoW folder's location after download? You might want to do that first, then try to disable read only.
