Hi.Some horde killed every NPC in the Cathedral in SW and every NPC spawned after..but Archbishop Benedictus didn't..I have to turn in a quest to him and i waited 30 minutes and he didn't respawn.Some help please!

Vol'jin is the same way in org. My wife also told me that the raptor kill quest in the barrens isn't spawning. Even with the fresh zhevra carcass.
