[ANSWERED]Ban for unknown reason

Hello.

I haven't played on warmane for a while and I logged on today, It didn't want to connect and when I tried again I was banned I didn't log in nothing and just before I logged in my account was all good?

It shows the following "Your IP Address (---.---.---.---) has been terminated due to Closed "

And I can't create a ticket on my account as it say the following "Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Closed."

Generally means account compromissed. Either you borrowed the account to someone who tried to use support to takeover the account from you, or you didn't set up 2step authenticator, someone stole the account and tried to do the above. Another possible cause is attempt to access using banned VPN adress. Mail support at [email protected] and see if it is possible to lift the IP ban in order to ban appeal on site.
