How can you make Coins without donating first?

You need 1 coin to pay the fee to sell gold, meaning that you must donate first to be able to use this service, or is the fee there just for nothing at all?

The fee is taken after your gold/item/char sold as far as i know, it's cut from the coins you earn.

Wait, so you don't need coins to use the trade system in this server? Thats awesome.

Also, what happens if I sell one of my characters, do I lose the achievements on my account earned with that character?

Yes, but you need premium status.
Yes, you'll lose the achievements. Meaning your activity rank may drop.
