Once you finish doing all the quests that give you talent points and spells.
There is no level you should worry about, since most of the things will become low level stuff anyway, since the rates are so huge.
You are not doing levels as a DK at start.
Do all the quests you can find, get talent points, rare gear and spells, and you are done when u finish the last quest where you kill Patchwerk at Ebon Hold that will teleport you to the main city where you need to talk with King or Warchief.
