Anticheat #1 Suspension Question

Hey, I just got suspended for about 15 minutes for an Anti-cheat trigger. Here are the details.
- I read from others that it is a Third-Party Software thing
- Right before it, I got a error message about QuestHelper and how it violates BlizzardUI something
- I downloaded QuestHelper from the forum post pinned for Community Addons.

I'm wondering if that is what caused the flag?

Are addons considered third-party software? I didn't think they were. Is QuestHelper not allowed? Here is a list of the addons I have and they are all from the Community Addon Page...
- Atlas
- Atlas Quest
- QuestHelper
- SexyMap
- Recount
- Bartender4
- GearScoreLite
- DeadlyBossMod 4.52
- Bagnon 2.13

Please let me know if I should get rid of these or any instructions to not get flagged again.
