Cant log into my warlock in dragonblight but can log into my rogue no problem. I dont know if the place my warlock is bugged? I was right by the scarlet town in underneath naxx

If you think it's because the place you are, you can use the Unstuck tool in the page, Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Free>Character Unstuck
