Change Coin Weapon Purchased

Hi there

i brought a wrong weapon and could i switch it to another please?

i tried to report it in Game however i takes ages and no one answer the report.

it still under 24 hours since the purchase but i was wondering if it is possible to switch it.

You'll get it replaced/refunded if you report it within the first 24 hours after purchase, it is not necessary for your ticket to be processed at that point.

Unless the GMs also work nightshift, which I doubt, you'll have to wait some time for it to be done. Afaik waiting aprox. a day/24 hours isn't unusual.
