How many weeks/months to get deleted gear restored?

I (stupidly I know) clicked on a macro from a griefer that he said would get rid of a bug that kicked me from Wintergrasp. It instead deleted all my gear.

I opened a ticket and was told that my gear bought with coins would be replaced, the GM said within a day or two.

Over three weeks and several tickets later, not a single piece of gear has been restored.

Any idea how long I can expect to wait? Will it ever be replaced? I'm not asking for any special favors here- just that Warmane's stated policy of replacing gear bought with coins be followed.

I've made 4 such tickets- the GM said the gear would be restored. It just hasn't.

Yes, they were. The GMs have said they would do it. They just haven't.

I've done that like six times. The staff guy responsible for replacing it finally showed up and said "sorry I was on vacation" but that was like 3 weeks ago.

Still no gear.

I just realized that Warmane gave me a coin refund to compensate me for the gear loss and the delay. The staff person said he had been ill, thus explaining the delay.

So in the end Warmane came through- thanks guys.
