[ANSWERED]DK all runes available but can`t hit

i don`t posted this on bug thread because it don`t happen very often.
some times when i play with my DK my pvp and pve i face bug when i try to hit with all runes available but it shows ability not ready yet until i gain 40 runic power and deploy death coil which is 15 seconds dps drop or death in pvp for pve i don`t use macros for pve i use only macro for armor penetration trinket and hearth strike to deploy in same time but i don`t think its from the macro in VoA i faced this bug before 3-4 days which i died because i can`t use any abilty and death strike to heal myself with FULL runes and died.pls review this post and fix this bug
