Donation error?

i got donation error and my money taken i tried once to pay got error and got my money taken twice what is going on

If it said that the transaction was not successful, the money should be automatically returned to you in a few days.

If you still want to donate, you have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
