As the title says, the problem is that.
After deleting a character, 2-day grace period wasn't applied for free character restoration to any character deleted, even newly created ones that are eligible for this. This doesn't work with either currency selected.
You can only restore 1 character per week for free.
Weird that it's nowhere else to be found, like as an extra line of text on service page.
