Hey, i'm a transmutation speced alchemist and would like to unlearn this spec to pic another one (flask).

I just have to talk to Zarevhi and he should propose me to forgot it (and also to learn alchemist recipes).
Instead of this, i simply have a dialog and can't do anything... Am i forgetting something or is it bugged?
