Returning Player
Hello, i've tried solving this issue with ticket support but they redirected me to forums.
So i have been absent from Warmane and WoW in general for quite long time (more than 2 years i belive) and i missed all this cataclysm ending stuff, so i basically lost 3-4 chars and alot of items wich i bought with coins. I don't mind switching to WOTLK it's my favourite expansion just to make that clear.
I understand there was a big time window to transfer chars and whatnot, but i really feel that it's not fair to give back NOTHING just becouse i wasnt around at given time, i dont mind leveling my chars but some compensation would be pretty awesome.

then only thing you can try is to contact Support Team by opening a ticket on website:

From there they pointed me to the forums, i'l just keep bumping.

Unfortunately forum staff are about as far from the correct department to help with this as you can find. The only thing we know about it is in this thread.

Seems like a circle of pointing me to the same thread on any support system, i'd expect more support to be honest, but i'l find solution sometimes i hope.

atm i am in the same boat as you i lost 2 chars that has a bout 800 coins worth of gear and stuff between them

OK so i'm in a similiar situation where as I would like to open a ticket for help, but when i go to https://www.warmane.com/account > support > create ticket > my only option is "ban appeal". Why can i not open a ticket for General enquiry?
