Least Gear Dependent Classes

Hi all. With latest Devlog, what are the least gear dependent classes ?
For example which class and spec is best with Furious or Emblem of Triumph gears ? Thanks

Restoration druid

Mutilate Rogue, Unholy DK, Arcane mage, Destruction Warlock, Resto Druid, Retri Pala, Disc Priest

Unholy DK is probably #1 since you can have low gear and still do good dps if you do your rotation correctly.
