Stranglethorn Fever bugged?

Hello! I'm leveling my druid on the Icecrown server for WotLK and I ran into a quest in Stranglethrorn called "Stranglethorn fever". The quest needs me to talk to a troll NPC called "Witch Doctor Unbagwa" to summon the mob I need to kill for the quest. However he is not interactable with and I can thus not summon the mob that I need to finish the quest. Is this a bug, and if so is it well known to the players on the WotLK servers? Or have I stumbled upon a new bug perhaps?
